Bill works with business owners and local agencies to help our communities and economy grow by funding business creation and expansion. 

Over the years, I have developed an ability to adapt business lending strategies to the dynamics of a changing economy. Making sure that I continue to service my clients' lending needs during challenging times is my primary focus," states Bill. 

Bill is a graduate of Indiana University and resides in St. John.
