CENTIER BANK PROMOTES RYAN MORRIS TO BRANCH MANAGER ROLE IN MERRILLVILLE

Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is pleased to name Ryan Morris as Branch Manager of its Merrillville location, located at 8310 Broadway.

Morris has worn many hats at Centier, first joining the bank in 2016 as a teller. He then worked his way to becoming a full-time desk associate, and an Assistant Branch Manager before ascending to the role of Branch Manager.

“I love working at Centier because it is really the best of both worlds. While it is a larger company, it is still family-owned and operated with an emphasis on giving back and leading with a servant heart,” said Morris. “One of the things I am most looking forward to in my new role is even more opportunities to get involved in the community and with the local Chamber of Commerce.”

As Branch Manager, Morris will oversee the branch's banking professionals and help foster professional development. He will also be responsible for enhancing services for current clients, attracting new business, and strengthening Centier's regional presence.

Starting as a teller and working his way up to branch manager, he brings a true understanding of the importance of every role at the bank,” said Jennifer Doffin, Vice President and Regional Sales Manager at Centier Bank. “He continues to be an invaluable member of the Centier team and we are excited to see the impact and growth he will lead in the Merrillville community.”

Morris has a degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University, North Central and volunteers with Junior Achievement. He is looking forward to furthering his involvement within the Merrillville community in his new role.
